Giró Ros is a Mallorcan grape variety, and its grapes are used to produce the premium white wine 40 Braces Blanc. The winemakers at the 7103 Petit Celler estate produce a high-quality white wine that is aged for six months in French oak barrels.

The Giró Ros grapes give the finished and aged wine a golden yellow and clear color that shimmers elegantly in the glass. The aroma of peaches and light pastry notes is accompanied by a subtle hint of fine woody toasted notes. The 40 Braces Blanc has a sweet palate that transitions into a lively and full finish, characterized by notes of the oak barrels.
