Black Jove

For Negre Jove, Mallorcan Mantonegro grapes are used to produce a young and refreshing red wine. Each individual grape is hand-picked by the experienced winemakers of the 7103 Petit Celler estate according to strict selection criteria. The wine's distinctive and delicate mineral notes are enhanced by the iron-rich soils of the vineyards.

The bouquet reveals sweet aromas of wild red fruits and delicious pastries, resulting in a balanced and slightly sweet flavor with a soft and pleasant finish. The Negre red wine pairs perfectly with rice dishes and is also an excellent accompaniment to first courses.
