Negroni
Ingredients:
3 cl Cabraboc Dry Gin Taronja
3 cl Campari
3 cl vermouth
Preparation:
Pour the gin, Campari, and vermouth into a glass filled with ice cubes and mix until the mixture is well chilled. Strain into a glass filled with large ice cubes. Garnish with an orange peel, if desired.
Gin and Tonic
Ingredients:
6 cl Cabraboc Gin
20 cl tonic water
Juniper berries, lemon/orange slices
ice cubes
Preparation:
Fill a glass two-thirds full with ice cubes, add the gin, and top with tonic water. Garnish with berries, a lemon slice, and rosemary.
White Peach Gin
Ingredients (for 1 glass):
4 cl gin (e.g. a fruity summer gin)
6 cl white peach juice or nectar
1 cl fresh lemon juice
Soda or mineral water to refill
Ice cubes, fresh mint & peach slice
Preparation:
Shake gin, peach juice, and lemon juice with ice. Strain into a glass with fresh ice cubes. Top with soda, and add the mint and peach.
Lemony, sparkling aperitif
Ingredients:
3cl L'Aperitif
Tonic water to refill
Lemon slices for garnishing
ice cubes
Preparation:
Add ice cubes to the glass and stir. Pour the Aperitus into the glass and top with tonic water. Stir gently and garnish with lemon slices.

L'Aperitiu Pomelo Rosa
Fine aperitif with Cabraboc L'Aperitiu
Fresh grapefruit paired with rosé and pink pepper!
Ingredients:
3cl L'Aperitif
Tonic water to refill
Orange slices and basil for garnishing
ice cubes
Preparation:
Add ice cubes to the glass and stir. Pour the Aperitus into the glass and top with tonic water. Stir gently and garnish with orange slices.
Mojito with liqueur
Ingredients:
Fresh mint leaves
1/2 lime
2 teaspoons white sugar
Crushed ice
6 cl Cabraboc Hierbas de Mallorca (liqueur)
Soda of choice (Sprite)
Preparation:
Place mint leaves and a lime wedge into a glass.
Muddle the lime and mint with a muddler to blend the flavors of the mint and lime. Add more lime wedges and the sugar and muddle again. Fill the glass to the brim with crushed ice. Pour the Cabraboc Hierbas over the ice and top with
Refill Sprite.
Lime slices, mint leaves, orange slices or rosemary are suitable as garnish.
Rosé Berry – fruity and fresh!
Ingredients (for 2 glasses):
300 ml well-chilled, semi-dry rosé wine
100 ml tonic water or soda
A handful of fresh berries (e.g. raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
1–2 dashes of fresh lime juice
Fresh mint or basil
ice cubes
Preparation:
Fill glasses with ice cubes and berries, then pour in the rosé wine. Top with tonic water or soda. Add lime juice and stir gently. Garnish with mint or basil.
Summery fresh white wine
Ingredients (for 2 glasses):
300 ml well-chilled, dry white wine (e.g. Sauvignon Blanc or Riesling)
100 ml mineral water (carbonated)
1 organic lemon (juice + a few slices)
1–2 tsp elderflower syrup (optional)
Fresh mint
ice cubes
Preparation:
Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
Combine white wine, lemon juice, and elderflower syrup and pour into glasses. Top up with sparkling mineral water.
Add lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish.
Best enjoyed cold – perfect for barbecues or as an aperitif.
Vermouth Tonic – the Mediterranean summer drink
Ingredients (for 1 glass):
5 cl white or red vermouth
approx. 100 ml tonic water (depending on taste)
1–2 orange slices or grapefruit zest
Fresh herbs: rosemary, thyme or mint are excellent
ice cubes
Preparation:
Fill a wine glass with ice.
Pour in vermouth.
Top up with chilled tonic water.
Add an orange slice and fresh herbs to the glass as garnish.
Stir a little.
Rosé Vermouth Spritz
Ingredients (for 1 glass):
4 cl light vermouth
6 cl rosé wine, well chilled
3–4 cl mineral water / Prosecco
Frozen grapes or raspberries for a fruity touch
ice cubes
citrus zest
Preparation:
Add ice and frozen fruit to the glass.
Vermouth, rosé wine and top up with mineral water or prosecco.
Garnish with grapefruit zest, mint or rosemary
