Shipping / Delivery

Yes, you can cancel your order at any time and free of charge before the goods are shipped . Please contact our customer support team using our contact form.

Yes, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Please contact customer support.

Return shipping costs depend on your individual order. Please contact our customer support. Thank you!

No, please do not return opened bottles to us. If a wine doesn't appeal to you, please contact our customer service using our contact form and we'll find a solution.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund immediately. You'll be refunded the full invoice amount via your original payment method.

Please note that depending on the payment method, it may take different amounts of time for the refund to be credited to your bank account.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

The revocation must be made clearly and in writing (letter, email).

Yes, it is possible to order as a guest in our online shop. This means that you will not create a customer account with us, which you can then log into again at a later time to view status updates on your orders.

By default, every order in our shop is a guest order. After completing your order, you have the option to create a customer account with us if you wish.

No, it is currently not possible to order as a company in our online shop.

You can place a custom order directly through our customer service. Please use our contact form or send an email directly to service@myspirit24.com.

Unfortunately, no changes are possible after the order has been submitted.

You can redeem a valid voucher code by adding at least one item to your shopping cart. In your shopping cart, you'll find the "Redeem Voucher" section. Enter your personalized voucher code in the appropriate box. The voucher value will then be deducted from the total order amount. Click "Checkout" and complete your order.

Your invoice will be included with your package by default. However, if you would like a digital copy, please contact us using our contact form and provide us with your order number. We'll be happy to assist you.

Customer account

Yes, you can create a customer account in our online shop at any time. To do so, either click the "Create customer account" button or select the option to create a customer account with one click after completing your order.

To edit your personal information or address, you must log in to your account. In the account overview, you can select which part of your stored data you would like to edit.

If you have forgotten or lost your password, you can click on the "Forgotten password" link on the login page to your customer account and follow the instructions.
