7103 Petit Celler DACH

The Premsal Blanc grapes for 7103 de Gel are hand-picked from the vineyards. The grapes are then frozen in crates at -25°C and then pressed to produce a sweet must. Fermentation is initiated very slowly and stopped when the desired alcohol content is reached. This ensures a perfect balance between residual sugar and the alcohol extracted.
