Vermouth is experiencing a revival and is once again on everyone's lips. The unique vermouth "Te dic coses" is made from Premsal wine, and its name means "I'll get back to you" in Mallorcan.
The Mallorcan winery 7103 Petit Celler produces the high-quality Vermouth Te Dic Coses from its own Premsal Blanc grapes. In collaboration with La Vermuteria, a special combination of Mallorcan grapes and a blend of herbs aged for months is created.
The result is a light brown vermut with an intense flavor and subtle notes of sweet spices like star anise and angelica. Enjoy this vermut as an aperitif—perfect in combination with Sangria de Mallorca!
